The weekly rates from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning are:

| July and August | 3.250€ |
30% deposit to be paid when booking (non-refundable in case of cancellation).
The balance no later than four weeks before arrival (non-refundable in the event of cancellation).
Animals are not accepted.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Cleaning fee (house, terrace and pool house)
Electricity and water consumption
Bedlinen
Towels per room = 2 large towels, 1 small towel, 7 washcloths
Deposit to be paid: 800€ one week before arrival by bank transfer please. This deposit will be refunded to you 1 week after your departure if no irregularity is found.
Covid and cancellations
If there is no negative travel advice in Belgium or France (green or yellow code):
As a tenant, you take the risk that restrictions may arise during the booked holiday period. The landlord is not obligated to repay the rent. A voucher can be a solution, but the owner is not required to do so.
In the event of negative travel advice in Belgium or France (code orange or red) the day before the start of the rental period, the rent already paid will be refunded.
