Flassan is located 1 km from Bédoin. It is a small village (in 1999 there were 341 inhabitants), just like Crillon-le-Brave.

The restaurant Le Mas des Vignes is definitely recommended, you can enjoy the fantastic view both in winter and summer time! The restaurant is built on the slopes of the Mont Ventoux, at 600 meters altitude, around a 12th-century chapel.
Paul Vendran from La Ferme St. Pierre, 953 Chemin des Pontillards, at the foot of the Mont Ventoux, will certainly charm you with his uncomplicated but tasty wines, the rosé is fruity and fresh, the red wine with power yet finesse. Focuses on quality and not on commercialization.
Take your Route de Flassan, at No. 4150 you will come across fromagerie M. Marc and Marie work with respect for the local products: cheese, charcuterie and sweets. Next to the church there is 'Epicerie Jouvaud' and for a simple dish you can go to Bar/Restaurant of the Mont Ventoux.
Just outside the neighboring village of Villes-sur-Auzon, between the vineyards, you can enjoy the delicious food and view at Restaurant Ferme Du Pezet. Really enjoy the view and the peace!
