Please plan your departure before 10 a.m. so that the cleaning team has enough time to clean the house for the next tenants.
Please take the rubbish with you when you leave. You can put your rubbish in the containers in the village on the way. This way you save us from the unpleasant obligation to charge additional costs for cleaning work outside normal maintenance.
Before your departure, prepare the checked house inventory list for the concierge and, if necessary, fill in the irregularities in the 'departure' column.
Check if all entrance doors are locked. Hand over the keys to the house to the manager or concierge who will take care of the reception.
